- Under the Board of Directors, Quanta Computer has established a Sustainability Development Steering Committee. The committee holds at least two meetings annually to formulate and promote corporate sustainability strategies, serving as the basis for sustainability policies, systems, management guidelines, and specific implementation plans. These plans are executed following resolutions passed by the Board of Directors.
- A dedicated unit, the Sustainability Development Center, operates under the Office of the General Manager and is responsible for advancing corporate sustainability initiatives. The center also functions as the Sustainability Information Disclosure Task Force, managing and disclosing corporate sustainability information.
- Additionally, four working groups have been established under the committee:
- Corporate Governance Working Group
- Environmental Sustainability Working Group
- Social Engagement Working Group
- Sustainable Supply Chain Management Working Group
- Each working group undertakes tasks related to corporate sustainability in their respective areas to enhance all aspects of the company's sustainability efforts.
- Working groups convene meetings as needed to plan and execute projects, review progress, and report and discuss outcomes during Sustainability Development Steering Committee meetings. This process strengthens the promotion of sustainability initiatives, aiming to comprehensively enhance corporate sustainability development.
